If you become a client of Neve Nutrition and Wellbeing, relevant information for consultations will be collected, for example contact details, invoicing details, personal information regarding dietary history. Explicit informed consent is obtained prior to gathering this information using Neve Nutrition and Wellbeing’s Client Agreement.Details and conversations will be kept completely confidential and stored securely.
Security of your data
Neve Nutrition and Wellbeing is committed to ensuring that all personal information is secure. We will not distribute, sell or lease personal information to third parties unless we have explicit permission or are required by law to do so.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. This includes prioritising internet security and the security of the electronic devices used to process personal data. For example, a firewall is used, and all electronic devices used are password protected and never left unlocked if unattended. These security measures are regularly reviewed.
The contact details of clients of Neve Nutrition and Wellbeing will be stored for no longer than one year following the last correspondence, or until an individual requests that they are deleted.
