To help you decide if you want to schedule an initial consultation, I will check in with you on a free 10-minute discovery call to understand what you'd like to change and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to go ahead with the initial consultation, I'll then ask you to send me some background information on your medical history, current medication, digestive function and general lifestyle.
In the consultations, we will discuss your food concern and general lifestyle, as well as how you think about food in your everyday life. A dietary analysis may follow the initial consultation, depending on your concern. Together we will make a personalised nutrition plan to help you eat a more nutritious diet and improve your overall wellbeing.
Following each consultation, you will receive an email with the main points from the discussion and resources to help you. Support will also be available via email to answer any questions you may have afterwards.
Consultations work better with video, and can be over Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp (other options are also available if you prefer). There are appointments available evenings and weekends, so you can easily fit them in around a busy schedule. I offer bespoke, 1:1 guidance, for a nutrition plan that is tailored to you personally - drop me a line and I'll give you a call!

Each session is followed up with a detailed summary of your tailor-made nutrition and wellbeing plan, including a range of resources to help you further. In every session, we will adapt your personalised goals for continuous progress.
The first consultation lasts 60 minutes and is more in-depth to give me the chance to understand where you're at and tailor the sessions to your specific need.
Follow-up consultations are 45 minutes.

This consultation will provide a detailed picture of where you're at, taking into account your medical history, general health and dietary habits, and planning a way forward.
You can choose this option if you'd like to keep it flexible and just have sessions when you feel the need.

A block of 5 follow-up consultations (once initial consultation has taken place).
This works best if you already have a healthy relationship with food and do not need to work on coping mechanisms for episodes of overeating or overcoming disordered eating patterns.
We work on individual goals each session to improve your nutrition, increase movement and build healthy habits that work for you, step-by-step.
A block of 8 follow-up consultations (once initial consultation has taken place).
This means in-depth support for your weight management to really make a difference long-term, with more opportunities to ask questions and overcome challenges.
Combined with continuous, personalised improvements to your nutrition, we'll look at: mindset and challenging diet mentality; building healthy habits; triggers and coping mechanisms; fullness and hunger; strength and movement and sleep.
This will often require just one consultation for the specific dietary concerns that I work with - enough to get a good idea of your general health and dietary habits and provide you with a plan for how to maximise your nutritional intake. Included in the price is food diary analysis (if required) and a follow-up email with the key information for you to refer back to at any time, as well a range of useful resources.
Sometimes more consultations will be necessary depending on your concern, but we can discuss this in the free discovery call. Gut health issues will always require at least two follow-up consultations.
This will usually be a one-off consultation to give you the tips and advice you're looking for, including a follow-up email with a whole range of resources to help you further.
